OUTLAW Nutrition Counseling

OUTLAWS do things a little differently... and Michelle Anderson is here to help you add some outlaw to your eating habits and change your life. Inspired by Outlaw Yoga, Michelle created a nutrition consulting practice that encourages mindfulness, discipline, boldness, acceptance, and connection in every interaction with food. Not only will you start to change what you eat, but how you eat it.With individualized, one-on-one consultations, personalized meal plans, grocery store navigation 101, and nutrition workshops and seminars, there is something for everyone curious about improving their health.  

Michelle was born and raised in lovely Denver, CO. She grew up passionate about health and wellness, and has been through her fair share of diet and fitness crazes over the years. She is a firm believer that 'you are what you eat', but also thinks food should be fun.

Michelle graduated from Metropolitan University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants, and continues to expand her knowledge daily by reading the newest research and tasting the latest trends. Michelle is helping to bring more nutrition education into schools, and works with the H.O.N.E.Y (Hands On Nutrition Education for Youth) Project in Littleton, CO. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, painting, cuddling up with her dog, Max, and partner handstanding at Outlaw Yoga.
